Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 30, 2026
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ZakeyaFoster.com and your purchase or use of services, programs, events, memberships, coaching, consulting, digital products, educational resources, and other offerings provided by Classy Connections Marketing Inc. (“Classy Connections,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, making a purchase, joining a program, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use this website or purchase our offerings.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase our services or products.
Programs or events intended for minors may require separate registration, parental or guardian consent, releases, and participation agreements.
2. Our Services
Classy Connections Marketing Inc. may offer:
-
Life and business coaching
-
Business and marketing consulting
-
Strategy sessions and intensives
-
Group coaching and educational programs
-
Workshops, events, memberships, and challenges
-
Speaking and training services
-
Digital products, workbooks, courses, and downloadable resources
-

-
Other services described on this website or in a separate written agreement
Specific deliverables, schedules, access periods, pricing, and requirements may be stated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, invoice, proposal, contract, or service agreement.
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement will control for that particular service.
3. Coaching Is Not Therapy
Coaching is designed to support personal development, confidence, accountability, decision-making, goal achievement, and business growth. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for working with a licensed professional.
Although Zakeya Foster has a background in psychology, ministry, education, business, and personal development, services provided through Classy Connections Marketing Inc. should not be understood as licensed psychological or medical treatment.
You are responsible for determining whether coaching is appropriate for your needs. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service.
4. No Guaranteed Results
We are committed to providing useful information, guidance, strategy, support, and accountability. However, we do not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, business, financial, marketing, audience-growth, sales, or revenue result.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your participation, decisions, consistency, experience, market conditions, resources, implementation, and circumstances outside our control.
Testimonials, examples, case studies, and statements about past client experiences do not guarantee that you will receive the same or similar results.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, business practices, finances, and results.
5. Payments
Prices are displayed on the website, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or applicable service agreement. Payment must be made using an approved payment method.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including:
-
Wix Payments
-
Stripe
-
PayPal
-
Affirm
-
Klarna
-
Afterpay
-
Other payment or financing providers made available at checkout
Third-party payment and financing providers have their own eligibility requirements, fees, terms, privacy practices, and payment schedules. Classy Connections Marketing Inc. does not control their approval decisions or lending terms.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable processor to charge your selected payment method.
6. Payment Plans and Financing
When you select a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the entire purchase price—not merely the first installment.
Your payment obligation continues even if you:
-
Stop attending sessions
-
Fail to complete assignments
-
Do not use the materials
-
Change your mind
-
Leave a program early
-
Become dissatisfied because you did not obtain an expected result
-
Fail to participate consistently
This does not eliminate any cancellation or refund right expressly provided by law or stated in a separate written agreement.
If a payment fails, access to sessions, programs, communities, materials, or services may be suspended until the account is brought current.
Financing arrangements made through Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal, or another financing provider are also governed by your agreement with that provider. Refunds, when approved, may be processed according to the provider’s procedures and timelines.
7. Refund Policy
Unless a sales page, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or signed agreement expressly states otherwise, the following policy applies:
Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
All sales of digital products, templates, workbooks, recordings, courses, downloads, and immediately accessible materials are final once access has been delivered.
Coaching, Consulting, and Strategy Services
Payments for completed sessions and services already performed are nonrefundable.
Once a coaching program, consulting engagement, intensive, or service period has begun, payments are generally nonrefundable because time, preparation, scheduling capacity, resources, and access have been reserved for you.
A decision not to participate, complete the program, attend sessions, implement recommendations, or use provided resources does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Events, Workshops, Challenges, and Memberships
Refund and transfer rules may vary by offering and will be stated on the applicable registration or checkout page. If no separate policy is provided, registration payments are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another eligible person with our written approval.
Nothing in this policy limits a refund right that cannot legally be waived.
8. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching, consulting, discovery, or strategy session.
When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, we will make a reasonable effort to reschedule the appointment, subject to availability.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and may not be refunded or rescheduled.
If you fail to attend an appointment without notice, the session will be considered used and forfeited.
If you arrive late, the appointment may still end at its originally scheduled time. Arriving late does not guarantee additional time or a partial refund.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen and may make limited exceptions at our discretion. An exception in one situation does not change the general policy or guarantee an exception in the future.
9. Company Cancellations
If we must cancel or reschedule a paid session, event, or service, we will make a reasonable effort to provide a replacement date, service credit, or refund for the portion that we canceled.
We are not responsible for unrelated costs you incur, including travel, lodging, childcare, lost wages, or third-party expenses, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
10. Client Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree to:
-
Provide accurate information
-
Attend scheduled sessions on time
-
Communicate respectfully
-
Complete any actions or assignments you choose to accept

Take responsibility for your decisions and results
-

-

-

-
Follow applicable community and event guidelines
We may remove a participant from a session, program, event, membership, community, or service for threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, dangerous, unlawful, or substantially disruptive behavior.
Removal for misconduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
11. Group Programs and Confidentiality
Participants in group programs, events, communities, or workshops may share personal or business information.
You agree not to record, copy, disclose, distribute, or commercially use another participant’s private information without that person’s permission.
Although we ask participants to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply. Use discretion when deciding what information to share in a group setting.
