Cancellation Policy
All payments for the Revenue Audience Intensive are nonrefundable. Your payment reserves a dedicated appointment time and includes preparation completed before the session. Because of the time, planning, and professional expertise involved, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, missed appointments, or changes in personal or business circumstances. Clients may reschedule one time by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the session and payment. A new appointment must be purchased to reschedule. Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time in their scheduled session. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. If Classy Connections Marketing Inc. must cancel or reschedule the session, the client may choose a new appointment date or receive a full refund. By booking and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund and rescheduling policy.
